Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 30, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in or accessing any program, webinar, course, or content offered by Whole Health Dental Academy, LLC (“WHDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any WHDA program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Whole Health Dental Academy

Whole Health Dental Academy, LLC is an Illinois limited liability company providing continuing education (CE) and professional development programs for licensed dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and related healthcare providers.

WHDA is founded and led by a licensed dentist and naturopath. Programs may also feature presentations by additional licensed dental and healthcare professionals appearing in an educational capacity.

2. Eligibility & Intended Audience

WHDA programs are designed for licensed dental and healthcare professionals, or students enrolled in accredited dental or healthcare programs under appropriate supervision. By enrolling, you confirm that:

•       You are a licensed dental or healthcare professional, or a supervised student in an accredited program

•       You are at least 18 years of age

•       You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

•       You will use WHDA content solely for professional education and development purposes

WHDA reserves the right to verify licensure status and to deny or revoke access to any participant who does not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Educational Purposes & HIPAA Disclaimer

All WHDA content — including webinars, courses, workshops, written materials, videos, live Q&A sessions, emails, and any other communications — is provided for continuing education and professional development purposes only.

Although WHDA programs are led by licensed professionals, no content constitutes clinical advice for specific patients, creates a provider-patient relationship, or supersedes:

•       Your independent clinical judgment as a licensed provider

•       Applicable state, provincial, or national standards of care

•       Your jurisdiction’s dental practice act or licensing requirements

Guest instructors and presenters appear in an educational capacity only. Their participation does not create a provider-patient relationship with attendees or their patients. Attendees are solely responsible for determining how, whether, and to what extent any educational content applies within their own scope of practice.

Q&A responses provided during live sessions are general and educational in nature and do not constitute clinical advice specific to any patient case.

WHDA does not create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). WHDA is not a covered entity under HIPAA.

4. Continuing Education (CE) Credits

4a. CE Provider Information

Whole Health Dental Academy, LLC is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider through Affordable CE Credits, Inc. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at www.ada.org/cerp.

Note: Provider ID number and approval term dates to be inserted once confirmed with Affordable CE Credits, Inc.

4b. State Board Acceptance

Acceptance of CE credit hours is determined by individual state and provincial licensing boards. WHDA strongly recommends that attendees verify that specific courses meet their state board’s requirements prior to enrollment. CE credit applicability varies by jurisdiction, profession, and course type.

4c. Credit Issuance

CE certificates will be issued upon verified completion of course requirements, which may include attendance verification, completion of a post-course evaluation, and/or a passing score on any required assessment. Certificates will be delivered electronically to the email address on file.

4d. Record Keeping

Attendees are responsible for maintaining their own CE records and ensuring compliance with their state licensing board requirements. WHDA will maintain attendance records for a period of 7 years and will release transcripts to the attendee or their licensing board upon written request with attendee authorization.

4e. No Obligation to Purchase Products or Services

Completion of any WHDA CE course does not obligate attendees to purchase, use, or endorse any specific products, services, or therapies. Any product or service mentioned in WHDA content is for educational reference only.

5. Conflict of Interest & Commercial Disclosure

WHDA is committed to transparency and unbiased education. All WHDA instructors and guest presenters are required to disclose any relevant financial relationships, commercial interests, or conflicts of interest prior to presenting educational content.

Disclosures will be provided in course materials and/or verbally at the start of each session. If you have concerns about a disclosure or potential conflict of interest, please contact us at WholeHealthDentalAcademy@gmail.com.

6. Enrollment, Payment & Refunds

6a. Enrollment

Enrollment in WHDA programs is completed through our online platform (Podia). By completing enrollment and payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

6b. Pricing

6c. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to WholeHealthDentalAcademy@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled course or event start time.

All courses and live webinars: Full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.

WHDA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live program. In the event of cancellation by WHDA, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

7. Intellectual Property

All WHDA content — including course materials, presentations, videos, handouts, written materials, and website content — is the intellectual property of Whole Health Dental Academy, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Attendees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal professional development purposes only. You may not:

•       Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties

•       Record, screenshot, or capture live webinar content without prior written consent

•       Use WHDA content for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution

•       Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to legal liability.

8. Privacy & Data

WHDA collects and processes personal and professional information necessary to administer CE programs, issue certificates, and comply with CE provider requirements. This includes your name, license number, contact information, and course completion data.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by your CE accrediting body, state licensing board audit, or as otherwise required by law. Please review our full Privacy Policy at https://wholehealthdentalacademy.podia.com/privacy for complete details.

For international participants: by enrolling, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States in accordance with applicable law.

9. Code of Professional Conduct

All WHDA participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. WHDA reserves the right to remove any participant from a live session or revoke access to any program — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or inconsistent with professional standards.

10. Technology & Access

WHDA programs are delivered via third-party platforms (including Podia and video conferencing tools). Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access, compatible devices, and any required software. WHDA is not liable for technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control.

WHDA makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. In the event of a technical failure during a live event, WHDA will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a recording.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WHDA, its founder, instructors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any clinical outcomes, patient outcomes, professional decisions, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on WHDA content.

WHDA’s total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WHDA, its founder, officers, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of WHDA content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable professional or legal obligation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Modifications to These Terms

WHDA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants or by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued enrollment or participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
