Monthly CE webinars: Auxiliary staff attend at no additional cost with at least one paid licensed seat from your practice. Want them to have their own Zoom link and Certificate of Completion? Add registration for $25.
HD101 (Part 1, Part 2, or the Bundle): Auxiliary staff register on their own — no licensed seat required. Registration is $99 per part ($179 for the bundle), which includes their Zoom link and Certificate of Completion. This registration does not include CE credit, which is reserved for licensed clinicians.
Because real change in a practice happens when the whole team is on the same page — not just the dentist. When your hygienists, assistants, and front desk understand the why behind biological dentistry, everything gets easier: patient conversations, treatment acceptance, the everyday culture of the practice. We want every person on your team learning and growing together — free attendance isn't a discount, it's the point.
The Auxiliary Annual Pass seat belongs to the practice, not the individual. If the staff member using the seat leaves, simply email WholeHealthDentalAcademy@gmail.com and we'll reissue the seat to your new team member at no charge.
Each practice's Auxiliary Annual Pass covers one seat at a time. If you'd like more than one team member to have their own Zoom link and Certificate of Completion year-round, your practice can purchase additional Auxiliary Annual Passes — each one is $250/year and covers one seat.
Auxiliary registration ($25/session, or the Auxiliary Annual Pass for $250/yr) is what generates a personal Zoom link and a Certificate of Completion for that team member. Many practices use these certificates as a built-in recognition system — a way to track how much each team member has learned and reward it accordingly, whether that's a tiered designation, a basis for raises, or simply a way to mark growth. Beyond the practical use, team members consistently report a real sense of accomplishment in earning their own certifications. It's a small registration that pays off in both team morale and practice development.
There are two separate Annual Passes, and which one each team member needs depends on their role:
WHDA Annual Pass — for anyone who requires CE credit: dentists, associates, and hygienists. Each licensed team member needs their own seat.
Auxiliary Annual Pass — for your assistants, front desk, and other Auxiliary Staff. They can attend every live session free with at least one paid licensed seat from your practice — no pass required. If you'd like them to have their own personal Zoom link and a Certificate of Completion for every session (rather than registering and paying $25 one session at a time), the Auxiliary Annual Pass covers that for the full year.
Both are issued after you complete the session, survey, and quiz inside the course lesson — not automatically after attending. Log in to your account dashboard, open the specific session under your courses, and complete the lesson (survey and quiz included).
Certificate of Completion — issued automatically as soon as you complete the lesson.
CE Certificate (for licensed dentists and hygienists) — issued separately, within 1 week of completing the lesson.

These codes work on the honor system — by using it, you're confirming your active membership. Membership are checked against the Holistic Dental Association's public provider directory before the live session and before CE certificates are issued.
HDA membership is verified against the Holistic Dental Association's public "Find a Holistic Dentist" directory. To use the discount code, you must be listed there as an active provider. This is checked periodically — using the code is on the honor system at checkout, but membership status may be audited before the class and before CE certificates are issued.
WHDA grew directly out of years spent teaching Holistic Dentistry 101 for the Holistic Dental Association. The HDA member rate honors that history — recognizing the support, community, and years of service that made this platform possible.
